Shipping & pickup

Shipping and Pickup Policy

Shipping

Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days. Once your order ships and UPS picks it up, we’ll email your tracking information. Tracking may take 2 to 3 hours to show its first update.

Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier and may change once a package is in transit. Please use your tracking link for the latest updates. If you have a question about your order, contact us with your order number.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available in Brooklyn. Pickup must be arranged in advance, and payment is required at least 24 hours before your pickup time is reserved.

After payment and confirmation, we’ll send the pickup address and arrange a pickup time with you. You may also arrange an Uber to collect your order. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm current pickup availability and details.
